More than a game, its the holiday family time

Hi girls, well this is my 4th week of Christmas cheer and I would like to share something that brings back great memories of past Christmas's. Every Christmas Eve we would have lots of friends and family stop in and we always sat and played Bingo with the kids. When they would win they could pick a small gift under the tree. Everyone bought gifts under 10.00 and it was always the highlight of Christmas eve. Everyone got what they wanted, for me it was building a great tradition and for the kids it was getting a GIFT before Christmas morning. So naturally when stampin up came out with a BINGO card I was thrilled. I did however use lots of mini Christmas stamps I had laying around. I should have bought the JOLLY BINGO BITS because they are smaller and would have fit better (I now have it on order). I used the same colors I have been using, Cherry Cobbler, Always Artichoke, Very Vanilla. I used the coordinating buttons but hey you can go thru old clothes and cut them off and put them in a small jar for markers. I punched each stamped item and mounted it to a 2x2 piece of cardstock. I bought a white rectangle tin from Michaels and decorated it with Jolly Holiday Paper. I am now having a Mom and Me class for this project. I just might laminate each card. Thanks for stopping.

  2. Love the set you created. Especially the matching box and the "call" cards you created. If you don't want to bother with laminating stick the cards inside SU's large cello bags (available in the catalog) fold over the back and tape. Then use dry erase markers to mark the cards or the buttons whichever you prefer. I've been doing both at SU events and the customers love it.
